Welcome to my website. My name is Julie Cooper and I am the Artist that has created this website - www.juliecooper.co.uk. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, including but not limited to, the images displayed therein.

2. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all of the information they provide is accurate.
No shipping costs are included in the sale price so the buyer is responsible for coming to an agreement with the Artist on the cost of shipping which will be in addition to the sale price. Once a sale is agreed between the Artist and the buyer, the buyer agrees to make a payment promptly via the Stripe payment link. Once the buyer has received the artwork the buyer is responsible for notifying the Artist that the artwork has been received and accepted.
3. Fees & Payments
All payments are handled via Stripe's secure hosted checkout system. Neither the Artist nor this website stores or processes payment card details.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, the intellectual property rights of all artwork displayed on this website, including the copyright of the artwork, are owned by the Artist. All other website content — including text, branding, and design elements — is owned by the Artist or its licensors and protected under UK copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any website materials without the Artist's expres written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
This website uses third-party services, including:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Analytics for performance and usage tracking
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Privacy Policy Reference
My handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. These Terms of Use do not override or replace that policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
